Feedback is a sensitive topic for both sellers and listing agents. Because of this, some agents completely neglect it. We, on the other hand, believe that feedback is not only a good way to build a relationship with our clients, but a helpful way to improve the value of your home. When you are showing your home, feedback from potential buyers can make or break a home sale. The difference is in how you react to negative feedback.
