Many home buyers don't understand how important it is to have a face-to-face meeting with an agent before starting the home search. However, there are three reasons why such a meeting can greatly enhance your buying experience:

We need to understand your wants, needs, and expectations. What do you expect from the buying experience and from your agent? With this information in hand, we can put together a road map to success.
We need to establish clear lines of communication. How would you like us to reach you and how would you like to reach us? Do you prefer texting, calling, emailing, or in-person chats? Communication can be the difference between buying a home and losing a home.
We want to make sure all your paperwork is in order. We would like for you to work with one of our preferred lenders. You can turn all your paperwork in to them - if there are any questions or backup documents that need to be handled, we can get it taken care of upfront. Judi listed, and subsequently sold, my 3 bedroom/2.5 bathroom townhome in Marshall Township (Wexford, PA) that earned me a handsome profit.
